All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by LUXEFIT.

Returns & Exchanges:

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through LUXEFIT.

We do not offer change of mind refunds or returns. Size exchanges may be available subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping:

Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of LUXEFIT’s control.

You agree not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or its systems.

All content on the LUXEFIT website including our branding, logos, images, product names and written content belongs to LUXEFIT or is used with permission and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Pricing:

LUXEFIT reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product information or other errors displayed on the website.

If an error affects an order we will contact you where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law:

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Where required LUXEFIT will provide the appropriate remedy for products that do not meet those guarantees.
